  1. If a prospective employer called all of my current teachers, coaches or advisers, and asked about me, they would most likely hear that I'm more of a back-row student, who prefers to be out of the attention. They will probably also hear that I am a quieter student, who hates presenting anything. I think based on these conversations, I may be hired, because it puts the idea out that I will simply quietly complete the tasks an employer gives me.

However, I should note that if the same prospective employer interviewed my current(or previous, in a hypothetical case) employer, they may hear better things about me, but that isn't the question.

If the same prospective employer researched my social media profile, they might find some communications from previous birthdays. I don't use social media.Any prospective employer won't learn much from looking into my social media, because I simply don't use it.

If the prospective employer interviewed any five peers from this school, they might hear once again, that I'm quiet and avoid attention.

  2. I feel that the guy calling would hear that I'm always determined, hard working, a overall good kid and all, always wanting to be the best ever. I feel the coaches and teachers would say different things like the coaches would say I'm always improving or trying to, and doing my best to be as good as i am. The teachers would say that i get everything done on time but not the brightest kid in the class, so I'm sure i would get hired from what they all said because its all positives.
Well I would be fine if they searched my Facebook because I haven't been on that in like eight years, I don't have twitter so I'm good there, Instagram I have three posts total one from a wedding, one is a picture of a deer and the other one is of a turkey so unless they are PETA I should be good, and on snapchat I'm fine cause all i post is myself murking a heavy bag so maybe Dana White could give me a call soon. I think I should still be hired because the accounts are telling that I have hobbies such as hunting and MMA, so yeah i would still get hired.
Well if this guy interviewed some peers of mine he would I'm a little out there in some ways like my style is crazy but that's a different story, but he would also hear that I'm a good kid not the school smartest but has a bullet proof mindset and mental game, but overall this guy would hear good things and yes i would still get hired.

  3. 1. The employer could possibly hear positive things about me. They could get information from my teachers and staff about how I am an independent person who keeps himself focused in what he needs to get done. Maybe they could also hear about the personality I have, such as, I am a very serious type of person and doesn't talk much. The employer might hear that I am a respectful person to the teachers and staff around my school. My teachers could possibly say that I am not the type of person who asks many questions but can still get his job done with quality and creativity. Based on the overall conversations, I could possibly get hired get hired.

    2. If the employer researched my social media they wouldn't find any negative or bad things. The reason why is because I never post anything on my social media accounts. All there would be is a blank page within my accounts, having a few hundred followers. If they told me to open up any private accounts or private saved media, all they would see is a blank page. I don't post any bad things on my social media or any negative comments. I keep everything to myself in the social media. So honestly I can't see why I wouldn't get hired if it was the case of researching my social media accounts.

    3. If the same employer asked any five peers asked about their opinion of me, I can guarantee that they will hear that I am a very serious or scary guy because of the face gesture I have. They can hear that I am a smart guy that stays focused on what he needs to get done. They can also hear that I am a very kind, funny, and an outgoing person if you get the chance to meet me and talk to me. The employer might also hear that I can be a leader in most scenarios and that I can set my standards and boundaries if things get out of control within the environment around me. So based on the opinions I could get hired if nothing negative is said about me, which there shouldn't be any, if I am correct about myself.

  4. 1.
If an employer called my teachers, they would say that I am nice, helpful, and outgoing in some areas. One of my teachers, Mrs. Kolpin, would say that I have a really big heart, and I am one of the nicest students that she knows. My teachers would say that lots of classes and assignments are hard for me and that I struggle to get my work done. However, I think that they would say that no matter how hard it is for me, I always get it completed and turned in. They would say that I am a bit anti-social, and I don’t have that many friends. It isn’t that I don’t want to have friends; I just don’t have that many groups that I fit into. Not having friends in class might be a good thing because it makes me more proficient in paying attention in class, getting work done, doing well on quizzes and tests, etc.
I think I would get hired because I have some good qualities. I am someone who will most likely get my work done. Also, I am very helpful, and someone who is helpful is a good employee because he will help other employees and customers. Employers want people who are nice and kind, and I have those two things going for me.

    2.
If an employer researched my social media, they would not find much. I do not have Twitter, Instagram, or Snapchat. The only account I have is on Facebook, and I hardly ever use it. The only reason I use my Facebook account is to play games and contact my friends through gaming. I don’t think an employer would be able to make any conclusions about me based on social media.
I think I would get hired because there is nothing to be suspicious about. There is nothing there, so there is virtually nothing to judge me on.

    3.
If an employer called my peers, they would say that I get nervous during presentations or public speaking, and sometimes I stutter. They will also say that I’m quiet and I don’t go out of my way to make a conversation. If talked to, I will respond with the appropriate answer. I mainly just sit in my own corner and keep to myself. My peers would also say that I like to play video games, and that I am interested in music and computers.
I think I would get hired. My future employer might be kind of nervous about hiring me based on the fact that I get nervous public speaking and that I don’t really go out of my way to make conversation. However, once the employer gets to know me, they will know who I am and what a good worker I make. They will also learn that once I get comfortable with people, I am more open and really friendly.

  5. 1. If a prospective employer called all of my current teachers and coaches/advisers and asked about me they would hear good information. He or she would all honestly respond saying I’m an attentive, punctual, respectful, and well organized student who uses their time efficiently and works well with others. I pay attention during class and stay on task, prepare my materials beforehand so I am not late to class, and organize my supplies neatly so I know where assignments and handout are when I need them. Using my time wisely also helps me get assignments done on time and not procrastinate.I work well with all my classmates and have good communication skills. When a group project is assigned, I like to ensure I have my partner's contact information so our project gets done. Being a good listener gives me the advantage of listening to every important piece of information I need and do what I am told. Based on these conversations, I think and hope I would get hired. To be a good employee, I think one must have exceptional communication skills, good time management, be respectful, and attentive. Fortunately, I believe I have the necessary skills to be a good employee and obtain the job.

    2. If that same prospective employer researched my social media profile (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.), they’d form an excellent conclusions. My Social Media profile says I’m family oriented, curious, social, and grateful person. I like to travel with a lot with my family and explore new places with them. While we are traveling, I like to capture the moment and take a lot of pictures as well as socialize with people from around the area and learn more about their traditions and customs. I think it’s great to learn new things from different areas. I also show my appreciation for the things I have and thank the people who have helped me. I think I would be able to get hired due to the things I put out there. I like to share my experiences with people and appreciate the things I have.
    3. If that same prospective employer interviewed any five peers from this school about their opinion of me, they’d honestly hear I’m a helpful, cheerful, attentive, and polite classmate. I like to help my peers out and listen to them whenever needed to. I’m always polite and happy around everyone in our school. Based on my peers' perceptions of me, I think I would get hired. I think the perception my peers have of me says a lot about me. I always help those in need and cheer people up.

  6. 1. If a prospective employer asked my teachers what they thought of me I would hope that it would be a positive response. I believe that some of them may mention my communication or participation problems but that’s fair to mention. Overall though I don’t believe there are many teachers that I’ve left a bad impression on even though there have been classes where I struggled. Positively though, they might say that I always have my work done and use time efficiently. There could be teachers who say I’ve gone above expectations in the classes where I spend most of my time.

    2. If that possible employer were to search my social media, they would not be able to find anything considering I don’t post on social media. At most, they would see that I follow many artists. I don’t think any of that would negatively affect my job outlook.

    3. If the employer were to interview five of my peers, I think it would depend on who was asked. Most people would probably know little about me as I tend to keep to myself, know few people, and am close to even less. They may say I am quiet. Those who do know me would hopefully say I am nice or good at something. I try to be. I’m not sure if I would be hired based on this, but I wouldn't predict it would be an awful response from them.

  7. 1) I have changed a lot throughout high school, so I think that a prospective employer would hear mixed opinions about me as a student. Teachers from my earlier years would say I was a student who always procrastinated, rarely participated, and payed little attention in class. In my most recent years in high school I have proven to my teachers I am a hard working and attentive student, and I have more to offer to a potential employer. I get my work done on time now, and I am more positive and motivated. I think hearing about my tremendous growth as a student would be a good indicator to an employer about my willingness to work hard.

    2) If a future employer looked through my social media accounts, they wouldn't find any controversial or alarming posts. I don't use Twitter, I only use Facebook to keep in touch with my family, and my Instagram is mostly pictures of me and animals or pets that belong to myself or my friends. I don't post often on Snapchat, but when I do it is mostly what my friends and I are doing or some art projects I work on. I never post anything that makes me or my friends look bad. A prospective employer would not dismiss hiring me based on my social media; I think they would notice my artistic hobbies as well as my love for my friends and animals.

    3) I think my peers would say that I am quiet and a bit of an outsider. I am very content with having only a few really good friends that I connect with, and I think a lot of my peers would say that about me as well. They would say I am artistic and very creative, because a lot of them probably know I am very involved and enthusiastic when it comes to art. My future employer would most likely notice that I am not disliked by anyone at school, and I can get along with anyone even though I may not try to be everyone's best friend.

  8. 1) If a prospective employer called all of my current teachers and coaches or advisers, and asked them about me, I believe they would say good and honest responses from them. My teachers would say I am a hardworking student, I’m responsible for handing in my assignments on time. They would say that I am quite, but respectful to all my teachers and staff. They would say that I work well with others. I pay attention during class and stay on task, and I use my time wisely in class. Paying attention in class gives me the advantage of listening to every important piece of information I need to know and know what to do for class. I think I would get hired because I am a good listener, I do what I am told to do, I am respectful to everyone and I am responsible on getting my things done.

    2) If that same prospective employer researched my social media profile (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.), they wouldn't find any negative or bad things on there. On my social media I really don’t post anything. There are times that I will post pictures of family or wish people a happy birthday. I don’t post anything negative or say anything negative on social media. I like to share family pictures or post trips I go on. Other then that I don’t post on social media. I think I would get hired because there wouldn’t be anything bad on my social media.

    3) If that same prospective employer interviewed any five peers from this school about their opinion of me, they would hear that I am a nice, caring, happy classmate. I like to help out my classmates and listen to them whenever they need some for them. I’m always nice and happy around everyone in our school. Based on my peers' opinion on me, I think I would get hired.

When the employer calls my teachers and coaches I truly believe they will get positive feedback about me. My social media pages do not show very many things but they do show and employer the kind of person I am.

3.If a prospective employer interviewed five of my peers they may hear that I am caring, honest and willing to work with anyone and everyone. As for posts go they are just wishing my friends and family birthday wishes. I believe I would get hired even when they have looked at my social media. All on there is just posts that I wanna share with people, as being family and friends.

    3. If that same prospective employer interviewed any five peers from this school about their opinion of me, what they would honestly hear is that I am a quiet person and independent like I said before. They may see me talking more to msy close friends than to others. I do my work and find ways to do them. That being said if asking one of my classmates what we have to do or if they can help me out on a question I have. Also I do help my peers out if they need help. Based on peers' perceptions of me, I believe I would get hired. I say that because that is just what I do, what is the truth about me.

  13. 1.) If a future employer would call one of my teachers/coaches they would say many different things about me. They would hear that I am a dedicated person when I put my mind to something. I am a very hard working person and get my work done effectively. I am always willing to help other people who need it and a very trustworthy person, I always keep my word or when I promise to do something for someone I always keep it. I think that my social media really shows the kind of person I am. I’m a really funny and outgoing person and I think that speaks through my social media. I think that in a job setting you need to have people who are funny and will always brighten up the mood when everyone else is down and that shows through my social media and for that reason I believe that I would get hired.

3.) If they talked to some of my peers from my school you would hear many things about me. They hear that I am a very outgoing person and I like to have fun with my friends. I’m a fun person to be around and am very sarcastic and like to mess around with people. I’m always someone that you can go to and get help with if they need it. I always keep my promises and know how to make someone's day better when they are having a bad day. I think that this would help me get hired because in a workplace because everyone wants someone around who is going to be friendly and be a nice person around their workplace.

  14. 1. If a prospective employer called my current teachers and advisers and ask about me, I think that they would hear that I am a good student. They would hear that I am on time and get my work done when it is supposed to be. I bring all the thing I need to class and don’t need to go back to my locker. I am very outgoing and social so I am good at presenting in front of my peers. I work well in groups and am very good in group discussions. They would hear that I am involved in many different groups and am very active in them. I keep my grades up and I work hard at it. I think that if a prospective employer talked to my current teachers and advisers that they would still want to hire me after hearing the things they said about me.

    2. If a prospective employer researches my social media profile, a conclusion that they would form would be, that I love to spend time with my family and friends. They would see that most of time is spend with my friends on the weekends. They would also see that I never post negative pictures or comment negatively on anyone else’s post. If a prospective employer looked at my social media, I still think that they would want to hire me. I think this because I never post anything bad or negative and there is nothing on my accounts that involve alcohol and drugs, which is what many companies are looking for.

    3. If the same prospective employer interviewed any five peers from my school about their opinion of me, I think they would honestly hear that I get along with almost everyone. I everyone and if anyone needs anything I am always there for people. I am very friendly and I talk to everyone in the halls and say hi. If a prospective employer talked to my peers, I think that they would hire me. I think this because I talk to everyone and get along with everyone in our school.

  15. 1. If coaches and teachers would be asked, they would most likely say that I’m hardworking and dedicated. Along with that, they would say that I take criticism well and respect their authority while being a little rambunctious at times. I believe I would get hired for the reasons being that I can listen well when given instructions.

    2. My social media has no inappropriate information but has some goofy ideas on there. My social media pictures me as a young adult living the american teen life with many pictures of sports and friends. I would certainly hope I get hired after my social media being viewed because there is very little profanity.

    3. If any five people were asked to talk about me I think they would say that I am a fun, carefree person. I can be a little harsh to people who give me a reason but I never hold grudges. In general I can be really nice to everybody. I would probably get hired because I am friends with almost everybody at the school.

  16. 1.) If an employer called my coaches and teachers I think I would get some positive feed back. If a future employer were to call my high school coaches they would talk about my leadership skills and good work ethic. I always tried my hardest at practice and tried my best so I believe my coaches would have positive things to say. My teaches would likely talk about how I have matured over the years. As a lower classmen I was very immature but over the years I have grown and became more mature and willing to learn. I think I would get hired after these perspectives of me growing up is apart of life and hard work is a very good thing to have.
2.) I think my social media is cleaner than most peoples. I do try to keep it as clean as possible while still showing personality. I think it is important to show personality on social media so coaches, employer etc. can see what kind of person you are. Bryce Simon once told me that a coach told him that they prefer for recruits to show personality on social media so they have an idea about what type of person they are. I have parents and teachers following me on social media so I tend to think before I tweet. I think after an employer viewed my social media it would not have an effect on me getting the job.
3.) I think my peers would speak positively about me. I think they would say I am a good friend and always willing to help with anything. I will always help a friend in need and I think that is a very important characteristic of a good friend. Based off of this I think I would get the job I am seeking. It is important to always be willing to help with things even when you do not have to.

I think they would also say that I am a very hard worker and always trying to get the job done in a timely matter but making sure it is done properly. I also think that they would say I care for things like the computers I use and any other thing I use and if it would ever brake I would fix it. Because of that I do think that I would be hired.

    2) If that same prospective employer researched your social media profile they would find that I am a good kid that likes to be out doors hunting and farming and spending time with friends. I think that that my image from my social media would say that I also am a well respected person. Because of that I do believe that

Because of that I do believe that I would be hired.

  18. 1. If a prospective employer calls some of my current teachers and coach/advisers and asked about me, they would likely have quite a bit to say. First off, I think they would talk about how social I am and how I put off a welcoming feel to people when I first meet them. Secondly, they would say that I am not the smartest kid in the room, but I put my best foot forward in every activity/assignment I do. On the other hand, I sometimes struggle to stay on task in the classroom/practice field, but I try to make for that by creating a good learning/working environment with my personality. Based off of what my coaches/advisers would say, I feel that I would land the job because although I have some things I need to work on, everyone has their own areas that they can get better at.
    2. To be rather honest, there isn’t much to see on any of my social media accounts. I always make sure that whatever I put on my accounts would be considered appropriate. My social media doesn’t really say much about me as a person because I don’t post anything that personal on my accounts.
    3. I think they would hear similar things that I have said in the first two answers. My friends would probably say that they can trust me and that I am a good friend, but I can kind be mean sometimes. I feel like I would get hired though because of my ability to work well with others.

Other teachers might say that I get to distracted by everyone and that I can lose focus easily. Overall I think I would get a good review just with those few small details.
    2. If an employer looked at my facebook, which I have not used in years, they would see posts made by me mainly promoting games and then some random pictures I drew. Overall there wouldn't be much for to make a conclusion of who I am from my facebook.
    3. I would honestly think that people would say that I am a nice guy and that I really could stand out in a crowd if I wanted too. At the same time I do not know what my peers think of me so it could be anyone's guess.

  21. 1.) If a prospective employer called any of my current teachers or coaches and asked about me, they would get positive feed back. They would say how good of a student/ player I am for may reasons. First of all they would say how I pay attention and how I behave well. I always put my best effort into assignments and say how I stay on task. I am always on time with my work and attendance. Another thing my teachers and coaches would say how hard I work and comment me on my work ethic. Based on these responses, I strongly agree that I would be hired for these reasons and qualities I have.
2.) If the same employer looked at any of my social media accounts, they would find nothing inappropriate or any setback to hire me. I have nothing too hide, and I always make sure what I post is appropriate. My social media doesn't have anything inappropriate on it, so hiring me still wouldn't be a problem or questionable.
3.) Based on my peers at my school, most likely people would say I am quiet mostly, and can work well with others. A lot of people would say how nice I am. Although I may get out of hand with my friends sometimes, I still would think I would get hired.

  22. 1. If a prospective employer called my teachers and coaches they would hear both good and bad things. The main thing they would hear is that I have become more mature over the past 4 years. They would hear that if I am interested in what I am doing I will get it done, and do a good job on it. They might also hear that if I am not interested I might not get it done on time and might not do a great job on it. I believe that my coaches would say that I have grown to be a lot more mature too. They would say the same thing about my interests, but even if I am not interested I will still get the job done and done well. Overall I believe that after they hear everything I would be hired.

    2. If this same prospective employer researched my social media they wouldn't find anything bad. I have 4 social media accounts and those are Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. After going through these they would discover a couple of things. Through my twitter they would find out that I like to voice my own opinion and argue on things that I believe are incorrect. Through Instagram they would find that I enjoy sports a lot, so nothing bad would come out of that. On Snapchat they wouldn't find anything bad because I don't post inappropriate things, or anything with vulgar language on it. I believe that I would still get hired because my social media shows that I am a good person, and will not do anything stupid.

    3. I believe that if they interviewed five of my peers they would hear mostly good things. They would hear that I am outgoing and like to make new friends. They would hear sometimes that I am not the nicest person but most of the time I am. They would also hear that I am energetic and fun to be around. Overall after hearing these things I believe that I would still be hired because all of these characteristics would make a good worker and co worker.

  23. 1.If a prospective employer were to call all of my current teachers and coaches/advisers and asked about me I would think that the kind of information they would hear would be good. I think that if all of my teachers and coaches/advisers would respond honestly they would have different responses. Some would say that I am respectful, cheerful, positive, compassionate, attentive, honest, organized, motivated, observant, collaborative, artistic, unselfish, easy-going, and hard-working. Others perhaps would agree but also say that I am shy, quiet, or serious. If these are some things that my teachers, coaches, or advisers would say about me I think that I would get hired because some of these are qualities that they are looking for.

    2. If the same prospective employer researched my social media profile, I think that some conclusions they would form about me would be that I am family-oriented. I am not really a social media person unless I have something like a post about a special occasion. My social media would say that I’m really close to family and friends. I think they would hire me because I don’t think I would have anything bad on there.

    3. If the same prospective employer interviewed any five peers from this school about their opinion of me I would think that they would be some different, some would say im nice, quiet, serious, or easy-going, and honest. I think I would get hired depending on what they hear because I different with those who I know compared to those who I don’t know. Also depends in the type of environment I’m in.

  24. 1.) If an employer called any of my teachers or coaches I think they would say that I am a really kind person to everyone, a person that can get off task and behind sometimes but means well. They would say that I am very quiet in class which is true but I am a good listener. I do what I am told to do by my teachers. Teachers from my earlier years would say that I was a huge procrastinator and never did my work. That is also true, but over the years I have pushed myself to do better and try harder in school.

2.) If an employer were to look on my social media accounts they wouldn't find anything suspicious, mainly because I rarely post anything to the public. When I do post something though, it is just of my friends and myself. When I do post anything anywhere, I make sure that it is appropriate. I have family on my social media, so they could easily see if I were to post something negative or inappropriate. I am not really the kind of person to do that anyways, but I really don't think my social profiles would affect me in being hired.

3.) If that same employer were to ask five peers at my school for their opinion of me, I don't think I would get bad responses. I don't do anything to have bad opinions of me. If anything I am always super laid back and I would like to think that I am easy to talk to. I may not be friends with everyone but to me it's just important to be a nice person to the people around you. I let those in need know that I'm always a person that they can talk to. From what I hear when I'm around people, I am always a pleasant and fun person to be around. I am a very trustworthy person for everyone. Places want to hire people who they can trust, and I think that I wouldn't have a problem when being hired.

  25. 1. If a prospective employer called all of my current teachers and coaches/advisers, I think that they would hear all good things about me. They would hear that I am a kind, honest, and helpful person who is respectful towards others. I am organized and always get my work done on time. I work hard and always try my best. I always come to class on time and with all my materials needed for the class. I am kind of shy in class but I still get involved when I have to. Based on what I think my teachers would say about me, I feel as if it wouldn’t be hard for me to get hired for the job.

    2. If that same prospective employer researched my social media, they would find all good things. They could conclude that I spend a lot of time with my family. They could see how compassionate and appreciative I am towards them. They would also never see any bad pictures or negative comments towards others or on others social media. I feel if this prospector looked at my social media, I would get hired because my pictures really show what kind of person I am.

    3. If that same prospective employer interviewed any five peers from my school about their opinion towards me, I believe they would also say all good things about me. My peers would tell them that I am very friendly and get along with almost everyone. I am funny and am always there to lend a helping hand. From all of these things I feel I would get hired because of my ability to talk to everyone and be respectful.

  26. 1. The kind of information you would hear is that I listen during class and I do work hard when I'm given a task. I try my best on almost everything I am given to do, and because of these things, I do believe I would get hired.

    2. My social media tells people that I do end up going on my phone quite often, but I also know when to not be on it. I also feel that it shows I love going out and adventuring. This would get me hired because I am adventurous and I know when to not be on my phone and work.

    3. You would probably hear things about me laughing all the time, usually being in a good mood, smiling all the time, and not caring what others think. You also would hear that I encourage everyone to do what they want to do, and be themselves. I feel I would end up getting the job because those are some things employers look for.

  27. 1. The kind of information you would hear is that am a hard worker and very quiet in the classroom at times. Also they would say I am a very respectful and kind person, who likes to have a good time working but when a task needs to get down, Ill get it done. You ll also hear that I like to meet and talk to new people.

    2. My social media tells people that I am a big soccer guy but also love to motivated pictures or videos. I don't tend to post a who lot of negative picture or videos. I try to keep things clean and funny, positive.

    3. If you ask any of mine five class peers, They will most likely will say that Im a outgoing person, who loves to go out and find adventures. Also hear that Im a very energetic person with a positive mind set that will find new and fun things to do or ideas.

  28. If a prospective employer were to call my current teachers they would find that I am hardworking when I am working on something that I am passionate about such as choir or art. My other teachers might say that I have issues with homework deadlines, but when I turn in my homework it is always good work. They might also say that I am a pretty average student when it comes to attitude, responsibility, and organization. I think that depending on the job I may or may not get hired. I would be more likely to get hired for a job if the position required a more creative person than if the job were more of an office or desk job.

If the same prospective employer were to research my social media I don't believe they would find any information that would defer them from hiring me. They would probably come to the conclusion that I am and animal lover and that I feel strongly about animal rights and the environment because that is the majority of what I post about. They would also see that I have a lot of pets that I love dearly. I think my social media shows that I am a caring and passionate person. I do not think I would have less of a chance of being hired because of my social media.

If the same person were to interview five of my peers from this school most people probably do not really have much of an opinion about me. Others might say that I am funny and I am typically polite. They might also say that I am kind of weird because I don't really fit in with a majority of the kids here at Cascade. They might also mention that I am an artistic person because I am in choir, art, and drama. I think that based on my peers' opinions I would get hired because I do not think that anyone would have anything bad to say about me.

    1) If a prospective employer called all of my teachers to ask for information about me what would they hear? He/she would hear that I like to get caught up in the moment, that I always bite off more than I can chew. He/ she would hear that I do try hard until I fail or fall behind then I can’t get back up out of the hole I had created for myself. The employer then would hear how I have to back out of my responsibilities when I fall into this hole because it all becomes too much for me to take. Other teacher may tell this employer that I always mean good, that I do try to complete my work to the best of my ability but if they say that then they’re just being nice. Now if this employer talked to my coaches it may be different, it would all depend on which coach he/she asked. If the employer asked my former basketball coach, he would most likely say I don’t listen to instruction, which I wouldn’t agree with. If this employer asked my former volleyball coach she would most likely say I am determined and a hard worker, because I always was for her. It all depends on who this employer asked to talk about me for whether I got the job or not. I would assume I wouldn’t get the job because when someone says negative things about a person those are the ones that stick with them, most of my good traits go unnoticed by the faculty in this school and that is why I think I wouldn’t get the job.

    2) If this same employer looked through my social media what conclusion would they from about me? Well they would see that I enjoy my time with family and friend because that is what I mostly put onto my social media. The employer would also see my sports accomplishments that I’ve had through my life because that’s what I have on my social media. I don’t post anything bad to my social media it is pretty much all pictures of my family, friends, me as a kid, and my accomplishments. My social media pretty much says that I like to spend my time with family and friends. If I were getting hired only by what is on my social media, I think I would get hired because I only have good things about me on my social media which makes me look like a good person to hire.

    3) If this same employer asked my peers about me what would they say? Well I don’t think most of my class mates know very much about me, so this employer would hear that I moved to this school form Arizona in my sophomore year and that I used to play sports but I quit after that year. They might say that they’ve heard not so good rumors about me through the years of being here, but if they asked someone who really knew me they would hear that I am a caring person and that I am always trying to be the best that I can be. So if I was getting hired on what my peers said alone then I might get hired and I might not. It all depends on who they would ask. Like I said before the bad things people say stick with someone more than the good things said.

  30. 1. If an employer called my current teachers and coaches, they could say that I am a little shy but I can be outgoing when need be. They would say that I can be quiet and reserved sometimes, but I can also step up work well with others and take charge. They would also say that I can be a leader, especially when it is a subject or activity that interests me. I can take charge and lead a team, or work with others. However, they might say that if I am disinterested in the class or activity, I might sit back and be a follower. I think an employer would hire me based off of what my teachers, advisors, and coaches have to say about me. I think that if I am interested and want the job, then the employer can expect me to take it seriously and work hard at it.
    2. If an employer viewed my social media accounts, they would find some true character. They would find that I support many people and activities/teams and have a general interest in them. They would find a lot of sports related content, which shows that I am actively involved in them. They might find some posts that I think are clever or funny, but they might not have the same humor. However, they would not find inappropriate, mean, or rude content. I am very careful as to what I post on my social media. Based on my social media, I think an employer would employ me. They wouldn’t find any red flags or reasons to not hire me, and they would find that I am an involved individual.
    3. If an employer would ask peers of mine about me, they would say that I am generally a nice guy that is pleasant to be around. Depending on how close the person is to me, they might say he is funny and outgoing or they might say he is shy but nice. However, by sometimes being shy and reserved, people may think I come off as stuck up or arrogant. I have been told by people that used to not know me very well that I am now very close with, that they thought I was arrogant and stuck up until they got to know me. With this being said, I think an employer would hire me because I am a nice guy that gets along with most people.
